Returns

• You can return an unopened, unused item within 7 days of delivery.
• If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it.
• For hygiene reasons, opened hair accessories, beauty items and food items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Message us with your order number.

Refunds

• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after we approve the return or cancellation.
• Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a bank account or UPI ID you share with us.
• Reward points used on a cancelled order go back to your account. Points earned on it are removed.
